Ciara heard the calling from a very young age, 

following a very less followed path at the time.

​

She began to study the path "officially" in the way of the  "Shamanic Practitioner Path", 

her first teachers being Karen Ward and John Cantwell of Slí an Chroí. 

Unsatisfied, she moved forward on a seeking path, a path that lead to true indigenous lines, who mentioned clearly their Sources for and WHY.

She began Hālau 'Ohia lākea 'Aono - Papa Hua studies with Lonua Honua 2021, 

in preparations for further deep dives for Pamaomao Hawai'i Journey, in 2023. 

Traditions which aided her understanding of indigenous island culture 

and gave her a longing for "home",  for deeper Ériu studies. 

 

In continuing the call, Ciara recognised a deeper uncovering of her own storyline 

woven in the depths of Remembering, within her cells, within her cultural studies,  each strand uncovering a depth of Ancestral and Land knowledge and a calling home like no other. To teach from those whispers of old...
 

The old Celtic Medicine Path, one that is fragmented across the land,  but certainly not forgotten and is being remembered by many. It has been kept true by a number of medicine people, throughout time, with slight differences as each family line had their own traditions and teachings passed down through the generations.

In remembering her roots, she returned to further studies within the Celtic Practices, 

 Remembering her ancestors and what wisdom lied within her line, 

memories from her childhood and being with her land and beautiful plant life.  

In coming back to her own line, she has let go of all other cultural line studies. 

 

Ciara continues her studies with 8th Generational Healer Orla Scanlan

as Celtic Medicine Woman.​​

developing her Priestess knowledge and skills & completing the Druidry path.
