Draíocht na hÉireann - Magical Celtic Story
Depicting the land, ruins of Erú,
portraying the Celtic ruins from my own travels & Photos
as I connect with my Irish culture and work as a Celtic
Medicine Woman in Ireland.
To tell the stories of times gone by but not forgotten,
the myths of people and creatures that may have once lived with purpose...
which each carries a lesson or message for the generations of today and to come.
Some are well witnessed/ known and some hidden secrets....
..with imagination via hand.... what once was /is will be on canvas immortal...

To display the Magic, Mystery & Celtic Mythology
with sometimes a little imagination thrown in!
Can't let the fairies and leprechauns have all the fun ;)
Interconnection
World Joys, Depths and Divisions.....
These are themes I began in my late teenage years
but slightly swirled away from over time
and each time I return they have grown and transitioned
with my life over time.
Where I investigate the world,
positive and negative, the yin and yang to life,
the world in it's beauty and in its death.
The light and the dark co-existing alongside each other,
one unrecognising the other but both non existent without the other.
The connections we make through heart but also the disconnections,
the groups and where the individual stands.
At times a concentration on the individual in a crowd.
where is the vibrancy and power of one,
to the mass of many that seems to consume.
Life's lessons through Mother Earths teaching's.
The Villains in life - Ego, Pride, Greed, Anger, Jealousy, Stress, Fear.
The Savours in Life - Love, Care, Giving, Sharing,
Gratitude, Connected, Birth and Death.
Working with the archetypes, spirits, gods and beyond.
Painting Art to stir the emotions and maybe people to question or take action.
MotherEarth
Nature in all it's glory, the pure wonder.
Drawings and Paintings depicting Nature and the world around us.
The Earth - leaves and foliage, to the woods and mountains.
Fire - flames, lava, ash and embers.
Water - our rivers & oceans, from the surface to the depths below and the seashores.
Air - our skies, sunsets, sunrise and the Moonlit night sky.

I paint from dreamy ideas and my photography studies,
photos that I have taken which may have a wee surprise in the capture.
Naturally caught characters, some with meaning and some for fun.
To display or portray from realms in between reality and other worlds. displaying from an unrealistic perspective.

Animal Kingdom
Heart Moments, beautiful beasts and the Victims of the Animal Kingdom.
The beauty and teaching sour ene things give, Just by their very presence vs the destruction to their lives by human selfishness.
To connect to the essence of an animal, to the meanings of the creature's presence in our life's. To show the aspects within the animal kingdom and the world around us that needs a voice, that may not always be pretty, artwork that not only portrays the beauty within nature but the cruelty that is forced upon it, weather by aggression, naivety or pure arrogance or indifference for life.
A little insight into a world around us that doesn't have a voice necessarily, but does have a sound, the whistle through the trees or the creeks as they dance while the roots move to the shifts of the earths rythym, the birds song in the morning or the crows chatter in the evening, the howl to the moon that mainly our canine friends do but many more have welcomed the calling...
To show the vulnerability of a creature even within those of us at the top of the chain. For their instinctively caring and healing ways, without forgetting their strength, grace and instinct to survive.
To display the creatures at play as well as the victims of man's game.
