​I am an East Cork bodyworker in the town of Midleton, Ireland.

 

Our spirit, mind & body is our biggest project in life, a continuous work in progress...

 

Through life we face different challenges from spirit, emotional/ mental and physical. I aspire to aid people in finding their inner binds, the parts of their Storyline/ Ancestral line that is rooted in trauma & healing, to work the Spiritual, Emotional & Physical bodies, through incorporating whole body treatments, aiding you  to overcome/ work through your challenges & to help you understand your journey, in releasing the issues in the tissues within whether they be physical binds or energetic blocks, creating a body free of pain and allowing true structural balance giving functional movement and a life you were destined to live..
